Dan is a partner in our Litigation Department, practicing in all areas of business litigation in the state and federal courts including trial level and appellate practice. Dan's experience covers a wide range of complex commercial litigation including matters involving securities, insurance, RICO, eminent domain, construction, breach of contract, fraud, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, landlord-tenant and other real estate disputes, unfair competition, corporate and partnership disputes, dissolutions and the full array of business torts.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University in 1991. At Brown, Dan was a centerfielder on the varsity baseball team and a recipient of the National Collegiate Business Merit Award and the Chemical Bank Scholarship for Academic Excellence. In 1995, Dan received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review and a member of Phi Delta Phi. Dan's law review article on the Individual with Disabilities Education Act is published at 39 Vill. L. Rev. 1057 (1994). Dan is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. |
