Daniel Senecoff* is a Director-Compensation and Benefits Advisory Services in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. He is a member of the Employee Benefits Department.
Prior to joining the Firm, Daniel worked at a Big Four accounting firm as a senior manager in tax for the compensation and benefits group. He focused on due diligence and problem solving on human resource issues at target companies for financial buyer clients. He also focused on the design, maintenance, regulatory, administrative, funding, and financial statement issues associated with clients' compensation and benefit programs.
Daniel also worked for Automatic Data Processing, Inc., where he was the head of the corporate benefits department responsible for the design and operation of U.S. benefit programs, corporate relocation programs and oversight of international benefits programs.
Daniel is an enrolled actuary pursuant to ERISA.
