Daniel Torockio works in the Corporate Finance division out of the firm's Chicago headquarters. Mr. Torockio is in charge of financial operations for Ocean Tomo's Auction and Private Sale practice with responsibilities including financial reporting and budgeting. Additionally, Mr. Torockio assists in private sale engagements and is responsible for targeting buy-side and sell-side auction participants.
Previously, Mr. Torockio worked in Ocean Tomo's Investments group performing transaction screening, financial modeling and research for the Ocean Tomo Capital Fund.
Prior to joining Ocean Tomo, Mr. Torockio interned as a Jr. Analyst for a Pittsburgh-based investment bank, providing corporate finance advisory services to small and middle-market companies. In that position, Mr. Torockio performed transaction screening valuation and analysis of potential transactions by developing financial models and conducting industry research.
Mr. Torockio holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. |
