Dan is vice president and directly responsible for the Company's day-to-day operations in Tampa. The Tampa portfolio is comprised of 2.7 million square feet that is 11% of Highwoods' total annualized revenue.
Dan has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing investment sales marketing and finance. Before joining Highwoods in July 2006 Dan served as senior vice president of development for central Florida with Trammell Crow Company.
Dan earned a Bachelors degree and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Florida and he earned a Masters in Real Estate Development from MIT. |
