Danielle M. Machata is an associate in the Milwaukee office of Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. and is a member of the Business Practice Group. Danielle's practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings of securities, corporate governance issues and general corporate concerns. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., Danielle was an associate in the Corporate Finance practice group at Dykema in Detroit, Michigan. Danielle serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the YWCA of Greater Milwaukee and is also a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bars of Wisconsin and Michigan. She received her J.D., cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. In the News
