Ms. Greene concentrates her practice in the areas of tax and estate planning, focusing on income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues. Ms. Greene is involved in all aspects of sophisticated estate planning as well as estate and trust administration. While at Villanova University School of Law, Ms. Greene participated in the Villanova Tax Clinic representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and the United States Tax Court. Ms. Greene is a member of the New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts Bar Associations. |
