Experience
Danielle concentrates her practice in the area of real estate law, with an emphasis on commercial leasing on behalf of landlords and tenants. She is primarily responsible for leasing over 550,000 square feet of office space in Colorado, and over 800,000 square feet of retail and office space in the Sacramento region on behalf of various landlord entities. Danielle has prepared and negotiated numerous leases for downtown/urban mixed use projects. In connection with Danielle's leasing practice, she regularly prepares and negotiates letters of intent, assignments, subleases, landlord consents, work letters, subordination agreements, estoppel certificates, reciprocal easement agreements, and other related documents.
She has counseled a wide array of clients regarding the acquisition and disposition of land and retail, office and industrial properties, including the purchase of wine vineyards, industrial condominiums, and transmission line easements. Danielle also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with loans secured by real estate. Her experience in representing lenders includes the refinancing of numerous wind farms throughout California which involved extensive title review examination and the issuance of title insurance.
