Experience:
As part of the firm�s litigation group, Ms. Wiletsky specializes in complex civil litigation, including arbitrations, trials and appeals in Colorado and Montana. Ms. Wiletsky has experience in representing public and private entities, as well as individuals, on a wide variety of contract and business disputes. Ms. Wiletsky also regularly advises employers on all aspects of employment law, including employee handbooks, executive contracts, severance agreements, covenants not to compete, trade secret misappropriation, and hiring, firing, wage and hour, discrimination and retaliation issues.
Ms. Wiletsky received her J.D. with honors from the Ohio State University in 1997, where she was a member of the Ohio State Law review. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Raymond Dean Jones at the Colorado Court of Appeals. Ms. Wiletsky is the co-author of Equitable Defenses Against the Government in the Natural Resources and Environmental Law Context, 17 Pace Env. L. Rev. 273 (2000).
