Dannie Fogleman has concentrated his practice in employment-related litigation in both state and federal courts for the past 20 years. He has handled a number of high-profile cases, ranging from pension and benefits litigation to class actions and sexual harassment cases. Dannie also has extensive experience in representing employees in collective bargaining and arbitrations, as well as advising government contractors with respect to the Service Contract Act.
Dannie is a former adjunct professor at Georgetown University, where he taught employment discrimination law. He is AV� Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
