Danny Li is a director in FTI�s Corporate Finance practice and is based in New York. Mr. Li specializes in restructuring advisory services to various interest parties, including debtors, lender groups and secured and unsecured creditor committees in formal bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings. He has significant experience in many industries, including airline, retail, leasing, printing and imaging, consumer product manufacturing and office products.
Mr. Li�s debtor services experience includes bankruptcy preparation and implementation, plans of reorganization and disclosure statement development, financial modeling and projection, asset valuation, liquidation analysis, bankruptcy claim analysis, claim reserve estimations, plan solicitation and cash and equity distribution. Mr. Li�s creditor services experience includes assistance to lender groups in evaluating and monitoring borrowers� financial conditions, reviewing and analyzing business plans and formulating financial covenants. Mr. Li�s lender services experience includes providing due diligence services to sponsors and guarantors for the securitization of healthcare receivables, leasing, franchise fees and trade receivables.
Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Li was an experienced manager with Arthur Anderson�s Hong Kong office, advising foreign companies investing in Hong Kong and China.
Mr. Li holds an M.B.A from New York University and a M.S. in finance from Baruch College at the City University of New York. He also holds a B.Ec. in accounting from Macquarie University in Australia. He is a certified public accountant in Australia, a certified insolvency and restructuring advisor and a chartered financial analyst. Mr. Li is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Australian Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
