Darius Gaskins has served on the Board since 1995, and is now Chairman of the Governance and Nominating Committee. He is a founding partner of Norbridge, Inc., a management consulting firm.
Gaskins formerly served as a Director of Burlington Northern, Inc., R.H. Donnelley Corporation and several other organizations.
He was the President and Chief Executive Officer at Burlington Northern Railroad and Senior Vice President for Natomas North America. His record of public service includes past service as Chairman of the Interstate Commerce Commission and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Policy Analysis at the U.S. Department of Energy.
Gaskins earned a Master�s degree in Astronautical and Instrumentation Engineering and a doctorate in Economics from the University of Michigan. |
