Mr. Aten is the Director of Business Development for Optimum�s Southeast Region. Darrel has over twenty years of experience in consulting services and technology sales, application software implementation, and project management. As a veteran Oracle project manager, he has deployed business solutions for mid-market organizations to multi-national, global companies in the distribution, manufacturing, healthcare and financial services industries.
A hands-on thought leader and visionary in the ERP services field, Mr. Aten pioneered and developed a template based, rapid deployment methodology for Oracle applications, which ultimately became the standard for many subsequent rapid implementation methodologies in use by many firms including Oracle. His extensive implementation experience gives Mr. Aten a unique understanding of client pain points and approach to solution deployment which clients find authentic and endearing.
Entrepreneurial by nature, Mr. Aten has founded a number of start-ups, ranging from OrTech Solutions Company, an Oracle Applications Dealer, to the Oracle Practice at TSC, to most recently, Revanew Partners, whose focus is on revenue generation for developing enterprises. Decades of experience developing regional and global enterprises as Practice Manager, Vice President and Owner have heightened Darrel�s respect for the challenges faced by organizations of all sizes.
Mr. Aten has enjoyed successful, long-term relationships with numerous clients, including Six Flags Corporation, Mattel, Greyhound, Pepsi (Taco Bell), Vari-Lite, Compaq Computer, Liggett Corporation, Diebold and scores of other Fortune 500 organizations.
