Dr. Sandall oversees the development and implementation of the science surrounding SkillObject� development efforts. He is also involved with creating new technology-based solutions for development and utilization of SkillObjects�. Dr. Sandall has served as project director for many internal SkillObject development projects, as well as several external O*NET-related skill standard projects. Some of the projects he has managed include data collection for enlisted, officer, and civilian jobs in the United States Navy, several state-wide efforts in the Telecommunications, Law Enforcement, Mining, and State Government industry sectors, and numerous national efforts including the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In all cases, the projects resulted in various applications to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and profitability for the client organization. Additionally, project results were utilized to develop and enhance educational curriculum to better prepare employees for jobs. Dr. Sandall holds a M.S. degree from the University of Illinois, and a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University both in Human Resource Development.
