Professional Experience
Mr. Ostergard�s practice focuses on construction litigation, suretyship and business litigation. He counsels construction industry clients during all phases of the construction process, from procurement to project close-out. He represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors in litigation arising from all types of construction projects, including private works of improvement and federal, state and local public works of improvement.
Mr. Ostergard has represented sureties and contractors in the prosecution and defense of payment, performance and other construction industry bond claims. He has prosecuted and defended all types of construction disputes, including mechanic�s liens, stop notices, delay, disruption, acceleration, defect and impact claims in state and federal court and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
