Darwin R. Beauvais concentrates his practice in zoning and land use as well as local government affairs. Prior to coming to the firm, Mr. Beauvais was counsel to the Honorable Jannie L. Blackwell where he provided comprehensive support to the council member in her capacity as the Majority Leader and Finance Committee chair for the Philadelphia City Council. In addition, Mr. Beauvais assisted in managing all legislative matters for council members.
