Flanagan is responsible for the deployment of Lionbridge's technology, including R&D, internal applications and infrastructure, and customer support. With more than 20 years' experience in IT services development and delivery, Flanagan came to Lionbridge from StorageNetworks, a managed storage provider offering outsourcing for all primary and backup data, where he served as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Services. At StorageNetworks, Flanagan was responsible for the company's internal technology strategy, hosted services, consulting, and the customer support center. Flanagan has also held roles at I-Cube (International Integration Inc.), an IT solutions provider specializing in the building of large-scale electronic business solutions and custom software applications, and the Boston Consulting Group, an international leader in business strategy consulting. Flanagan is a current member and past board member of SIMs (Society of Information Management). |
