Service Manager Maintaining the highest level of service to our customers is our top priority. Because of this on-going commitment, we have received many recognitions including:
BMW Center of Excellence - Isringhausen has been awarded BMW's highest honor, the Center of Excellence Award multiple times. This award is presented annually by BMW of North America to recognize excellent customer service. Only 31 of the 340 BMW centers nationwide receive this designation.
Porsche Perfect Service Award - Isringhausen Imports is one of only five dealerships in North America to receive the honor of the Perfect Porsche Service Award. The Porsche Perfect Service Award is an honor annually bestowed upon the Porsche dealerships achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction in all areas of their business. Isringhausen has received this award for two consecutive years.
Service Excellence - All Isringhausen service staff members are Certified or Master Technicians who are consistently involved in intensive training from the manufacturers.
