Mr. Minor has served as Senior Vice President - Technology since November 2007. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Region Manager of CDX Gas, LLC. Prior to joining CDX in December, 2006, Mr. Minor served in various senior level roles with El Paso Corporation, Black Warrior Methane Corp., Black Warrior Transmission Corp., Sonat Exploration Company and TXO Production Company. During the past thirteen years, his primary focus has been on coalbed methane development projects in the Black Warrior Basin. Mr. Minor holds an MS degree in Mineral Engineering and BS degrees in Civil Engineering and Biology from the University of Alabama. Mr. Minor is a Registered Professional Petroleum Engineer. |
