Dave Mulder is currently the Director of Venture Development and Integration and one of the founding members of Cinergy Ventures, KJT's primary investor. His current responsibilities include strategic review of new investment opportunities and integration of investments into Cinergy Corporation's business units and subsidiaries. Mr. Mulder is also responsible for managing pilot and demonstration projects that Cinergy Ventures sponsors with its portfolio companies. Prior to his work in Cinergy Ventures, Mr. Mulder was Manager of Strategic Planning at Cinergy Corporation. He also was responsible for centralizing Cinergy's research and development efforts. Mr. Mulder has also held management positions in product development, marketing, and business development, from which he helped form and launch Cadence Networks and Vestar, two of Cinergy's non-regulated ventures.
Dave holds a BA in economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Beloit College and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Kreiss Johnson Technologies and Izoic and is a board observer with Metallic Power. |
