Dave Nichols brings 25 years of hotel industry experience to Towne Park. As general manager of full-service hotels for seventeen years, he has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of hotel and resort operations. In addition, Medallion Hotel's four-diamond hotel achieved its highest level of profits, guest satisfaction, and employee satisfaction in its history while under Dave's management. As general manager of The Seelbach Hotel, owned by Medallion at the time, Dave contracted with Towne Park to manage the parking department. After experiencing three years of great service and significantly improved department profit levels, he realized the future of Towne Park was very bright and joined the company in June of 1998.

Today, as chief operating officer, Dave ensures Towne Park understands customers' needs and objectives. With Dave's expertise in the hotel business, Towne Park provides better solutions to today's hotel industry problems.
