Dave Palumbo has worked in the Commercial Real Estate Industry for over 20 years and now serves as a Representative with Corporate Property Dispositions (CPD) working out of their Atlanta office. Dave joined Corporate Property Dispositions in September of 2006 and specializes in the disposition of land and retail space for retailers and developers throughout the Midwest region of the United States.Prior to joining CPD, Dave served five (5) years as Senior Leasing Representative for General Growth Properties. Dave also served two (2) years as VP Leasing, Southeast Region for Zamias Services and served over fifteen (15) years with Equity Properties/First Capital Companies in the Leasing, Property Management and Acquisitions Departments. Dave holds his M.A. Degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL. Dave has been a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker since 1997. |
