Dave�s association with Southwest Traders began in 1993 fulfilling ice cream orders for a national chain of membership stores. Having come from a retail environment, Dave understood the need for accuracy and efficiency when it came to the store operators needs. Dave�s 20 plus years experience as a store retailer, and owner, included face-to-face transactions with his customers, e-trade commerce and customer service call centers. His expectations towards the suppliers to his retail outlets have influenced his desire to provide exceptional and accurate deliveries to all customers of Southwest Traders, Inc. In 1995, Dave accepted the position of shipping manager for the home distribution center in Temecula California. That operation included the processing of all orders for our Southern & Northern California customers as well as Arizona and Nevada on a daily basis. Dave was promoted to Warehouse Manager, and ultimately Director of Operations within our home base in Temecula, California. With the growth of our customer base and Southwest Traders ability to accommodate their growth, Dave accepted the position of Director of Operations for our Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas facilities in March of 2006. Dave�s commitment to quality service, quality partnerships, both internal and exterior, and quality performance by his teams are expected to continue most importantly by Dave himself.
