Dave Shimp joined MTM Technologies as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in February 2005. Mr. Shimp previously served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Rhythms NetConnections, Inc, a public telecommunications company. During his tenure there, the company grew from 135 people to 2500 people in a 24 month period, and his team has earned statewide recognition for the quality of the company's employee communication program. Mr. Shimp's career also includes seven years of experience with McKinsey and Company, Inc., over ten years of retained executive search experience with several national firms, general management experience as President of a privately held manufacturing company, and global facility planning experience with Monsanto Textiles Company. |
