David S. "Dave" Shook is senior vice president and managing director, Americas, for Siemens PLM Software, a business unit of the Siemens Industry Automation Division. Shook and his team are responsible for sales, sales support and services delivery in the Americas. Before moving to his current position, Shook served as Siemens PLM Software's vice president of Sales and Operations, for the Eastern half of the United States. Shook began his career in 1980 with Unigraphics Solutions, where he held a series of increasingly responsible positions in sales and marketing management. During his tenure, his teams were responsible for significantly increasing the company s presence in the automotive market. As managing director of Siemens PLM Software s Midwest region, he successfully led his team to deliver Siemens PLM Software's highest regional revenue and earnings for nearly 10 years. Shook is a graduate of Indiana University and Thunderbird University s executive program, "Leading the Global Enterprise." Dave and his family currently reside in Hinsdale, Ill.
