Dave holds overall accountability for the day-to-day MICE operations and account management for BCD Meetings & Incentives in the U.S. and Mexico. Dave's responsibilities include full decision making authority over pricing, creative communications, logistics and operations management, purchasing, contracting, group air management and customer service support. Dave joined BCD Meetings & Incentives in 2001 as vice president, national sales and is now senior vice president and general manager, MICE U.S. and Mexico. An industry veteran, Dave has a long history of managing successful teams who have provided incentive travel and performance improvement solutions to Fortune 500 customers, such as: The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, Bank of America, American Express Financial Advisors, Northwest Airlines, Nissan and Toyota.
