Dave has over twenty-five years of experience in the training industry. Prior to joining Gen21, Dave was corporate training manager at a leading insurance services outsourcing company where he also designed, developed and maintained their corporate virtual university, which ran on the Generation21 system. Dave acted as instructional designer, course developer and system administrator for this system. Dave also spent twelve years as a classroom instructor and course developer for an insurance agency automation company. Prior to his entry into the training industry, Dave was public relations and advertising manager for several corporations, as well as a photographer and video producer. Dave lived in Fort Worth, Texas for twenty-five years before moving to Colorado in August 2000 to join the Generation21 Team. Dave has a B.A. degree in English from Illinois Wesleyan University. |
