Davey Scoon is the non-executive Chairman of Tufts Health Plan, Chair of the Board of Trustees for Allianz Global Investors and a member of Inotek Pharmaceutical's board. He chairs the board Audit Committees of NitroMed, CardioKine and Advanced Magnetics. In addition to his board work, Mr. Scoon is an adjunct professor at Tufts University School of Medicine where he teaches accounting to students in the joint M.D./MBA Program.
Mr. Scoon is an audit committee financial expert having been a CFO in the manufacturing, financial services and retailing industries. He has extensive background in risk management, has operated successfully in strictly regulated industries, has been involved in M&A activities throughout his career and has a thorough working knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley |
