Mr. Barr became a director in 2004 pursuant to the Stockholders Agreement. Mr. Barr has served as a member and managing director of Warburg Pincus LLC and a general partner of Warburg Pincus & Co. since January 2001. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus LLC, Mr. Barr was a managing director at Butler Capital, an investment company, where he focused on industrial and consumer leveraged buyout transactions for more than ten years. Mr. Barr is a director of TransDigm, Builders FirstSource, Inc. and Neiman Marcus Group, Inc., a retailer. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
