Dave Borden is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, organizational development and executive level coaching. Demonstrating strong insight into human behavior and its effect on performance, he has proven leadership and relationship-building skills, all of which have contributed to his long and successful track record of developing people and organizations.

Joining LMA Consulting Group as a partner in 2002, Dave was formerly vice president of human resources at Black & Decker, a $5 billion marketer and manufacturer. There he oversaw all human resource activities through a period of extraordinary growth in the company's 8,000 employee power tool and accessories division. He led the development and implementation of an effective performance management system and annual organization review process as well as an innovative training program to support cross-functional product development teams. Dave also provided coaching and counseling to the organization's senior management team, focusing on leadership and communication.

Very involved in community service, Dave currently serves on the boards of the American Red Cross of the Susquehanna Valley and Adams/Hanover Counseling Services. He most recently served as chair of the Central Maryland Chapter of the American Red Cross and on the boards of the United Way of Maryland and the Union Memorial Hospital Foundation in Baltimore, Maryland.

Dave is a graduate of Susquehanna University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management.
