David Buckel was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in May 2004, managing the Company's Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, Financial Planning, Analysis and IT functions. Buckel has been with Internap since July 2003, serving in a number of key financial capacities, including as head of the company's investor relations and financial planning and analysis functions, as well as leading the company through its March 2004 public offering.
Buckel has held numerous executive finance positions over a 20-year period and was Chief Financial Officer for two NASDAQ-listed public companies, Interland Corporation and AppliedTheory Corporation. Mr. Buckel also serves on the board of directors of GigaBeam Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed public company. |
