Mr. Daberko has been a director of OMNOVA Solutions since November of 1999. His current term expires in 2008. He is Chairman of the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Executive Committee.
Mr. Daberko has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of National City Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio (a diversified financial services company) since 1995. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of National City Corporation from 1993 to 1995, and Deputy Chairman of National City Corporation and President, National City Bank, Cleveland, from 1987 to 1993. Mr. Daberko also serves on the Board of Directors of The Marathon Oil Company, Houston, Texas. |
