Dave Dresner serves as interim Chief Financial Officer for Micell Technologies. In addition, Dave serves as an advisor to other technology-driven portfolio companies held by private equity firms. In the role of interim CFO, Dave is responsible for the finance and accounting, treasury, human resource, information technology and administrative functions of the Company.
Dave has served in several senior management positions, including 10 years with the Norway-based global energy company, Statoil, where he was CEO of their US operating company, Statoil Energy. Dave began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where, over 20 years, he served in a variety of capacities including acquisitions specialist, audit partner and office managing partner.
Dave holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bradley University as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from Indiana University. |
