David A. Enger is a former bank Vice President and founder of the Business & Banking Institute of Seattle, Washington. He is active in investment banking activities, appraisals of closely held business interests, financial consulting, estate planning and financial seminars for business owners. As a nationally recognized expert on the subject of financial management for small businesses, Mr. Enger is a frequent speaker for business and banking groups nationwide. Mr. Enger�s experience as the owner of a closely held business and as the former President of the Seattle subsidiary of US Foods, give him firsthand knowledge and insight into the issues that business owners face daily. David A. Enger received his BS and MBA in business administration. He also currently serves on several business boards and acts as a consultant to banks nationwide on business banking strategies and practices.
