David Husband serves as Chief Financial Officer for Calence. In this role, David oversees Finance, Accounting, Legal, Office Services and the Human Resources functions. Husband possesses a wealth of knowledge in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, and corporate finance, including domestic and international merger and acquisition transactions and public and private financings. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer of Vodavi Technology, Inc., a publicly traded technology company that was acquired in December 2006. Prior to joining Vodavi, Husband served in various capacities with Action Performance Companies, Inc., another publicly traded company, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Arizona and he spent many years auditing public companies in a wide variety of industries for a Big Five accounting firm. |
