David Lamb joined Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP's Global Corporate Department as a partner in 1988, and is resident in the Firm's Los Angeles office. He has extensive experience in virtually all aspects of real estate and natural resources transactions, including real property sales and acquisitions, leasing, land use planning, real property financing and partnership and joint venture organization. Mr. Lamb's natural resources practice includes oil, gas and geothermal producing and exploration property financings, acquisitions, sales and project development.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Lamb had been associated with the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers, where he practiced primarily in the area of real estate and oil and gas financial transactions.
Mr. Lamb is a member of the California and New York State Bars. He received a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from the University of Santa Clara, and a law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. |
