David Meyer focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, commercial loans and general business law. He works with national and local banks, as well as with organizations ranging from closely held businesses to publicly held companies. He regularly represents lenders in connection with a variety of secured transactions, including real estate loans, construction loans and revolving-credit facilities. In addition, he represents borrowers, developers, sellers and purchasers in all aspects of commercial real estate law, including financing, leasing, and sales and acquisitions of all types of property, including office buildings and industrial and retail spaces.David has been certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Specialist. He is a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as well as the American, Minnesota and Hennepin County bar associations, and provides pro bono legal services through LegalCORPS. He serves on the Shorewood Planning Commission. |
