Professional Experience
David Revelt`s practice focuses on complex corporate and real estate transactions in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Revelt represents clients in connection with the purchase, sale, leasing, and commercial financing of all types of corporate and real property assets. Mr. Revelt has a particular interest in representing emerging growth, high-technology companies, providing expertise in connection with patent, copyright, and trade secrets licensing, technology transfer, angel and venture capital financing, and corporate counseling. Mr. Revelt strives to provide practical business solutions to his client`s legal problems.
Prior to joining Weston Benshoof, Mr. Revelt was an officer and an attorney in the United States Air Force. In this capacity, Mr. Revelt represented the Air Force in complex government acquisition contracts and prosecuted a dozen courts-martial.
