David litigates and tries cases for public and private companies involved in complex business, commercial and antitrust disputes. His experience encompasses all aspects of litigation, from strategy, discovery and depositions, to addressing procedural and substantive federal and state issues, to arguing before Ohio and Pennsylvania state courts. David has successfully worked on numerous complex commercial actions for a national manufacturer of generic prescription drugs involving UCC issues, federal and state antitrust claims, state consumer protections acts and state unfair trade practices acts. He also assisted in defending a multi-million dollar action asserted by insurance carriers against a national manufacturer of generic prescription drugs, alleging numerous violations of state antitrust laws and state consumer protection acts. In addition, David played an integral role in pursuing a million-dollar breach of contract action for a nationwide software development company against its former client. David is a member and former secretary of the Hispanic Bar Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania, and a member of the Ohio, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is the co-author of the Allegheny County Civil Practice Manual (5th ed.), Settlement Section and served as managing editor of The Ohio State University College of Law�s Journal on Dispute Resolution, for which he wrote Asserting a Comprehensive Approach for Defining Mediation Communication. David previously served as a judicial extern for The Honorable George C. Smith, U.S. District Court (Southern District of Ohio) and then as an associate with DKW Law Group, PC in Pittsburgh, PA.
