Description of Practice: David is an associate in the firm�s Century City office, where he provides critical associate-level support to the real estate team. He concentrates on real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, finance and development. In addition, David has experience providing tax-planning advice to foreign and domestic clients. David is admitted to the State Bar of California.
Educational History:David received his bachelor�s degree, summa cum laude, in finance from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2003. In 2006, he received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he completed the Program in Business Law and Policy and served as an articles editor for the Pacific Basin Law Journal. While in law school David was a member of the Business Law Association and a mentor for the UCLA Law Fellows mentoring program. David also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ernesto Robles, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. |
