A. David Cook was elected a director at the 2004 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Since 2001, Mr. Cook has been Vice President of Sales and Marketing for SCP Pool Corporation, a large national distributor of pool supplies and equipment. Mr. Cook has worked for SCP Pool in various managerial leadership roles since joining SCP Pool in 1988. Mr. Cook is Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. |
