Mr. David B. Downing is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and has held such position since August 2004 when he joined the Company. Prior to August 2004, Mr. Downing was President of FPM L.L.C., a heat-treating company in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, after joining the company in January 2001 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From July 1998 to December 2000, Mr. Downing was Vice President and Controller for Thermo-King, a unit of Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited, which manufactures transport refrigeration equipment. |
