David B. Edmonds, 53, had worked for AmSouth Bank for 12 years prior to its merger with Regions. He is head of the Human Resources Division, which includes Corporate Security and Aviation, and serves on Regions� Executive Council.
Edmonds joined AmSouth in 1994 from Pepsi-Cola, where he served as director of Human Resources for the Southeast. Before Pepsi-Cola, he was employed in the human resources area of Mobil Oil Corporation.
Edmonds received his bachelor�s degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. |
