David Elsbree has been a member of the board of directors since June 2004. Elsbree has over 30 years of experience, specializing in the high technology industry since 1984. He serves many complex software and technology companies. He has significant experience with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Elsbree has served in a number of leadership roles in the firm's high technology practice, including as partner-in-charge of the New England High Technology Practice. Elsbree has been a member of the firm's High Technology Industry Executive Committee and served on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts High Technology Council. Elsbree is currently active in the Massachusetts Software and Internet Council, and has been a member of the board and currently serves as the treasurer of the New England Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Elsbree has been a frequent speaker on the requirements and impact of Sarbanes - Oxley. He is the originator of Deloitte & Touche's New England Technology Fast 50 Program. |
