During his tenure at Fox-Pitt Kelton Cochran Caronia Waller, he has participated in numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and public and private financings, specializing in the property-casualty, life and services sectors of the insurance industry. Dave was formerly a commercial banking officer with Bank One Corporation. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors in finance and international business from Ohio University. |
