David B. Kelso Director. Mr. Kelso age 54 was elected to our Board of Directors in March 2007. Mr. Kelso is a financial advisor for Kelso Advisory Services a company he started in 2003 following two years with Aetna Inc. where he served as executive vice president strategy and finance. From 1996 to 2001 Mr. Kelso was executive vice president chief financial officer and managing director of Chubb Corporation. Prior to joining Chubb he served as executive vice president chief financial officer and personal segment leader for retail and small business banking for First Commerce Corporation a company he joined in 1992. From 1982 to 1992 Mr. Kelso worked for Gemini Consulting Group where he was partner in the North American banking practice. Mr. Kelso began his professional career in 1974 as an associate with Chemical Bank.
