David C. Clapp (68) Mr. Clapp was a partner of Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1972 to 1994. From 1990 until late 1994, he was partner-in-charge of the Municipal Bond Department at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Clapp is a member of the boards of Kent School, Scenic Hudson Land Trust and Bard College. He is past chairman of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, chairman emeritus of the board of trustees of the Museum of the City of New York and chair of the New York Arthritis Foundation. Mr. Clapp is the lead director and has served on the MBIA board since 1994. |
