Over the past 25 years David Cole has been active worldwide in the publishing, communications, software, online services and consumer products industries. He specializes in corporate strategy, finance and hyper-growth management.
Mr. Cole presently serves as chairman, president and CEO of Maui Land & Pineapple Company, a land holding and operating company in Hawai'i. Since 2001, he has served as chairman of the Twin Farms Collection, an owner and operator of luxury resorts in Vermont and California. Since 1997, he has served as chairman of Sunnyside Farms, a retailer and supplier of premium organic meats and produce serving mid-Atlantic fresh food markets. Mr. Cole also currently serves as director of Healthnotes, a publisher of peer-reviewed nutritional and health information for retailers and consumers; Island Press; Sesame Workshop; and PBS.
Positions he has held in the past include officer of America Online and director of the Nature Conservancy and World Wildlife Fund.
