David C. Sabin has served as Chairman of the Company since September 1991 and has served as Secretary and a director of the Company since its inception in August 1988 and is a founder of the Company. Mr. Sabin served as the president and a director of Glacier Holdings from December 1988 through May 1994 and as a director of Salton Time Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Glacier Holdings, since 1989. Salton Time was an importer and distributor of quartz wall and alarm clocks.
