David co-founded Redstone and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. David has also served as an executive officer and director of numerous entities that are affiliated with Redstone and its predecessor entities since 1988. He currently acts as a Partner and member of the Investment Committee of Redstone Capital Partners and Redstone Asset Management, and serves on the Board of Directors of Redstone Bank. From 1988 to 1993, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Northwest Bancorporation Inc. David is on the Board of Directors of the Greater Houston YMCA and was Chairman for the year 2002.

David holds a M.B.A. from the Wharton Graduate School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
