Biography
David E. Lake, CPA has comprehensive knowledge and experience in public accounting. He began his career with Kemper CPA Group LLP in 1981, immediately after obtaining his degree. He was a principal in the Firm's Riverbank, California office, and became a partner in the Firm on October 1, 1986. While in Riverbank, David had the opportunity to develop his current concentrations in the areas of agricultural taxation and estate and trust planning for his agricultural clients, including tax assistance in the creation of charitable trusts, private annuities, and corporate statutory mergers. Mr. Lake's primary responsibilities include practice development in the Modesto office, and a continued concentration in the agribusiness area. David is currently the partner-in-charge of the Firm's Modesto, California office.
Mr. Lake graduated from California State University, Stanislaus with a bachelor of arts in business administration, accounting concentration, in 1982. David was involved in various campus activities while at California State University, Stanislaus, including touring Europe with the Concert Chorale. David received his CPA from the State of California in 1985.
